What we include in every plan
Onsite Support*
Each plan includes regular onsite visits, so you'll always know when to expect us.
Remote Support
Unlimited remote support for staff devices (fair use applies). Pupil devices are fixed on your next visit.
Blocks of Time
A standard visit is 3 hours. Don't use it all? Bank up to 1 hour of on site time for later visits or projects during school holidays.
Online Safety
Web filtering and safeguarding monitoring for staff and pupils, even when devices go offsite.
Security
Antivirus on every device, plus 24/7 cyber threat detection and response for staff from Huntress, the security company we partner with.
Microsoft 365
Support and provision of your Microsoft licensing for staff and students, including email, OneDrive, SharePoint and more.
Data Mapping
Shared data will be mapped to devices for easy access, even if it's on the cloud.
Backups
Backups of staff email, OneDrive and SharePoint, and your server if you have one.
Pupil Devices
Apps installed and managed remotely, plus Apple School Manager and Apple Classroom set up.
Asset Register
A register of every staff and pupil device, so you always know what you have and how old it is.
Meetings*
Regular meetings with staff to discuss your current tech and what could be improved.
Your Domain Name
We look after the settings for your school's web address and email. Buying or renewing the domain itself isn't included.
Standards and duties
Help with the standards schools are asked to meet
Schools have a duty to filter and monitor what children see online, as part of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE). Filtering and monitoring are in every plan.
On Gold and Platinum we also:
- review your IT against the Department for Education (DfE) digital and technology standards, and help you work towards the 2030 standards
- help you work towards free cyber cover through the Risk Protection Arrangement (RPA)
- test a backup restore every term, with evidence
- write you a report each term and go through it with the head teacher or school business manager
- plan a rolling replacement of your devices, with a budget plan
- attend site on Ofsted days
On Bronze and Silver, these are available at extra cost.
